Today I made Microwave Baked Apples. I'm so proud....
It was delicious. :D First I had to core an apple with a sharp knife all by myself, and push the square core out. Then I put said cored apple into a microwave-safe bowl. Then I cut approx. 1/8 stick of butter and put some in the core, and some outside. Add a few shakes of cinnamon and a couple splashes of vanilla extract, then microwave for 3 minutes! Take out and enjoy ^__^ YUMM.
